stbancorp is seeking a Data & Analytics Associate Analyst to support data needs for the business partner(s) under the direction of a Team Leader. The role delivers reporting, dashboard development, predictive analytics, and ad hoc projects and maintains production-grade reports and dashboards.
You will build foundational knowledge of business areas, work with analytical platforms like Tableau, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while delivering valuable results.

The Data & Analytics Associate Analyst works at the direction of a Team Leader to fulfill the data and analytical needs of their designated business partner(s). Delivers solutions including reporting, dashboard development, predictive analytics, and ad hoc projects and is accountable for the ongoing production and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
Requires a four-year degree in data science, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, business, economics, and/or quantitative discipline preferred.
Up to one-year general business experience with up to one-year specialized experience in data analytics preferred.
Operates a keypad device: 90% of the day; operates office equipment: 90% of the day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing up to 90% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20", distance vision and depth perception for computer work. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
