PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead to drive data-driven initiatives for their Corporate & Institutional Banking Data Management. This role involves leading analytical solutions, managing data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders.

As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Data Management organization, you will be based in one of the following locations: Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, Brecksville, or Strongsville, OH; or Charlotte, NC.
The Business Analytics Lead is responsible for leading data‑driven initiatives that support risk, regulatory, and business strategy objectives. This role combines technical expertise, data ownership, and program leadership to design and deliver scalable analytical solutions across enterprise platforms.
Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $185,900.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
