We are seeking engaged and skilled Data Analysts who can think strategically about hiring patterns, challenges, and metrics, and who can develop analytical approaches to uncover actionable solutions. These roles are ideal for individuals who may not have extensive experience but possess strong analytical capabilities, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. W2

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Hiring Analytics

  • Analyze hiring trends, bottlenecks, and conversion metrics across the talent funnel.

  • Develop and maintain hiring models to forecast demand, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve time-to-fill.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and Finance to align hiring insights with workforce planning goals.

  • Data Exploration & Insight Generation

  • Investigate structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

  • Recommend data-driven actions to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and workforce outcomes.

  • Reporting & Visualization

  • Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Sheets.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.

  • Present findings in a compelling and digestible format for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Avature Reporting (Preferred for One Role)

  • Utilize Avature to generate custom reports and dashboards.

  • Support recruiting operations with real-time analytics and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Avature usage and reporting capabilities.

Experience Requirements
  • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.

  • Experience with Avature reporting (for at least one analyst role).

  • Analytical Mindset

  • Ability to think critically and strategically about data.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating business questions into analytical frameworks.

  • Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

  • Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • High level of engagement and ownership.

Note: Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
