This role is within a customer experience team that advocates for the customer regarding call center practices. The company uses IVR (interactive voice recognition) to enhance predictive calling capabilities by providing more information to agents before customer contact. The Data Analyst will extract data using SQL and Pandas from Exadata to evaluate the performance of the new call center AI technology. Responsibilities include responding to ad hoc data requests, identifying the correct data sources, pulling the necessary data, and building dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, including business teams and AI bot owners, to effectively respond to data requests.
