It's two jobs in one person: keep reporting and carrier deliverables running for your assigned program(s), and be your team's Data Scientist's hands for data, pulling and structuring it. This role is essential for optimizing business operations and achieving company and segment objectives.# **\\*\\*This is a hybrid opportunity from the Conshohocken, PA Home Office\\*\\***# **Responsibilities:****Segment Reporting*** Build, automate, and maintain internal and external reporting for your assigned programs.* Resolve manual steps and formalize reporting into full recurring deliverables* Stand up reporting from scratch for new or transferring programs.**Ad Hoc + Power BI Builds*** Convert reporting backlog requests into production dashboards, ranging from straightforward pulls to net-new builds requiring disaggregation work.* Know when a request should stay a one-off Excel pull and when it belongs as a page in NovaLytics, our consolidated Power BI reporting environment.
