Tomorrow Hire Llc. in McLean, VA is seeking a Data Analyst with active TS/SCI CIP to turn complex datasets into actionable insights and executive-ready reports. This on-site role requires strong MS Excel skills and experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

You will collect, clean, and analyze operational data, support governance initiatives, and evaluate AI/automation opportunities to enhance client operations and decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint.
• Experience communicating data insights in both written and verbal forms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines at the same time.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (CIP) required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must work on-site in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational and business datasets to identify key trends and metrics.
• Translate technical data findings into concise narratives, dashboards, and visual reports for non-technical stakeholders.
