Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst II with expertise in Data Analysis and a strong background in Trusts and Safety Operations, to join our Workforce Management team. The role entails forecasting digital contact volumes and agent handle times to inform capacity planning for content moderation and policy enforcement teams. The position requires development of workforce metrics, reporting, and dashboards, and necessitates robust cross-functional collaboration to enhance user and platform safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast digital contact volume and agent handle times for operational teams.
• Develop and inform capacity planning strategies for content moderation and policy enforcement staff.
• Design and maintain workforce metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate across various teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, etc) to gather data and insights.
• Contribute to safeguarding users and platform through data-informed strategies.
  
  

Must-have Skills

• Proficient in Data Analysis and forecasting.
• Experienced in reporting and dashboard development.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Industry Experience Required

• Prior experience in Trusts and Safety or similar operations within a digital platform is highly preferred.
