Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Technical Program Consultant III to support a federal government customer in performance assessment, strategic analysis, data analytics, and decision support.

Location: Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (onsite). Active TS/SCI clearance required. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative performance assessments across defense intelligence and security enterprises.
• Develop performance reports, strategic assessments, decisional papers, action memoranda, and executive briefings.
• Develop and maintain organizational performance measures and data visualizations.
• Conduct mission analysis, risk assessments, and performance improvement analyses.
• Develop methodologies for organizational and program performance analysis.
• Provide strategic analysis using multi-source data to support decision-making and budgeting cycles.
• Develop strategy implementation guidance aligned with national and defense priorities.
• Track and assess strategy implementation, compliance, and performance.

Data Analyst / Technical Program Consultant III – Position Overview

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Technical Program Consultant III to support a federal government customer in the areas of performance assessment, strategic analysis, data analytics, and decision support. The selected candidate will leverage advanced analytical techniques, data visualization tools, and strategic planning methodologies to evaluate organizational effectiveness, assess mission outcomes, and support senior leadership decision-making.

Location: Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (onsite)

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance Required

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, statistical analysis, mission analysis, or performance assessment. Experience supporting federal government, DoD, intelligence, or national security organizations preferred.
