Job summary

Quest Global in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Tableau Developer to design and deliver interactive dashboards that drive business insights. You will work with data teams to model data, optimize performance and ensure reliable reporting across multiple systems.

You will bring strong Tableau expertise, SQL mastery, ETL skills, and Python capabilities to transform data for analytics. The role requires collaboration with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

What You Will Do:

• Tableau: Tableau dashboard development, including data modeling, complex calculations, performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• SQL & Data Analysis: nderstand business requirements, analyze large datasets and write complex SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
• ETL / Data Transformation: Data transformation, data preparation and ETL/ELT processes. Experience with DBT is preferred.
• Database/Data Warehousing: Relational databases, data warehousing concepts, joins, data models and working with large datasets.
• Python: Python development with Generative AI, LLM integrations and AI-driven data analytics solutions.

What You Will Bring:

• Tableau: Strong hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard development, including data modeling, complex calculations, performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• SQL & Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements, analyze large datasets and write complex SQL queries for data validation and reporting.

Pay Range:

$105,000 - $115,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered an on-site position located in Sunnyvale, CA.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
