Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience.
• Master's degree with 6+ years of experience preferred.
• Expertise with survey tools and data analysis methodologies.
• Experience advising on intelligence products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Recommend survey design, testing, and administration across platforms.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable survey tools across platforms.
• Provide expert guidance on methodological, technological, and ethical aspects.
• Ensure accessibility and accuracy of surveys pre-launch.
• Manage survey administration and resolve technical issues during the survey period.
• Consolidate data and provide integrated analysis of results.
• Develop briefing materials and visualize findings for senior management.
