Job summary

Data Analyst - Supply Chain Warehouse Reporting & Analytics at JND Inc. in Santa Ana, CA, requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of data analysis in logistics or warehouse environments.

The role focuses on mining, extracting, and reporting data to drive warehouse performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel, SQL, Access, BI tools, and PowerPoint, with SAP and WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments.
• High proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) required.
• Experience with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data mining skills and experience extracting & manipulating data from multiple sources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Results driven; ability to handle multiple projects and work independently without supervision.

• Maintaining existing dashboards; weekly & monthly analysis and reporting

• Publish standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences
