Job Description

Data Analyst Senior
This position will operate under the Aero Command Center supporting the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) organization & Suppler Performance Management (SPM).

The candidate will operate in a virtual and dynamic environment with cross-functional teams where he/she will have to manage competing priorities to help deliver solutions to complex data problems.

Our focus and objectives are to utilize data to produce insights that drive business decisions and efficiency through the organization.

You will be working alongside Data Scientists and Quality and supply chain professionals to design and deliver the most optimal data centric solutions.

Our overarching objective is to become a more efficient organization by implementing predictive tools and providing our stakeholders with the data they need to make the best decisions.

The candidate for this position should be a highly motivated self-starter. Candidate will need to be able to effectively use virtual collaboration tools to be successful in a team environment.

This position allows you to explore and deliver creative solutions in an environment with supportive team members.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
