About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing data team and support marketing efforts with a focus on attribution and performance insights. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across marketing, data, and leadership to develop reporting frameworks, optimize campaign effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions that support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing analytics efforts, including multi-touch attribution modeling, predictive lead scoring, and media mix modeling (MMM/iROAS)
• Build full-funnel performance reports and marketing dashboards
• Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and communicate insights
• Consolidate complex data into clear narratives that support strategic decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes and data infrastructure
• Mentor team members and contribute to an evolving analytics culture
  
  

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with B2B marketing analytics, including paid media attribution
• Proficiency in advanced SQL with a focus on efficient and well-documented code
• Skilled in at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Mode)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong sense of business judgment and prioritization
• Ability to manage exploratory analysis with a structured, MVP-focused approach
• Experience influencing company-level outcomes through analytics
• Background in technical leadership or mentorship is a plus
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience in forecasting and predictive modeling
• Familiarity with tools like Segment, Amplitude, HubSpot, dbt, Fivetran, or Census
• Coding experience in Python or R
