Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role; required experience will scale with the level of the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field; MS preferred.
• Comfort working with messy, real-world data across multiple sources.
• Strong communication skills for gathering requirements and explaining findings.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple engineering systems.
• Partner with engineering stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate into dashboards and reports.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data pulls.
• Conduct root-cause and trend analysis to surface issues and opportunities.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, definitions, and reporting logic.
