Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Experience working with ServiceNow data.
• Strong Power BI experience building dashboards and visuals.
• Experience with data quality, validation, and operational reporting.
• Ability to review data and explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review ServiceNow Vulnerability Response data to identify quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for vulnerability trends, aging, severity, ownership, and remediation progress.
• Create clear reporting views for leadership, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with security and ServiceNow stakeholders to confirm reporting requirements, data definitions, and dashboard logic.
• Track data issues and enhancement requests, including ownership, status, and resolution progress.
