ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst - Senior to join their Liquidity Regulatory Reporting team in Westlake, TX. The role will focus on regulatory reporting processes and data integrity.

You will execute FR 2052a production, perform variance analyses, and support LCR/NSFR reporting while collaborating with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily FR 2052a production, validation, and regulatory submission activities.
• Perform variance analyses, reconciliations and quality reviews for reporting completeness and accuracy.
• Use SQL to analyze large datasets, investigate anomalies and identify root causes of data issues.
• Monitor reporting processes, data feeds and interfaces; identify and track issues to resolution.
• Support LCR and NSFR reporting, including data validation and controls.

• Perform detailed variance analysis, reconciliations, and quality reviews to ensure reporting completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Utilize SQL to analyze large datasets, investigate reporting anomalies, and identify root causes of data issues.
• Monitor reporting processes, data feeds, and system interfaces; promptly identify, elevate, and track issues through resolution.
• Support LCR and NSFR reporting processes, including data validation, reconciliations, and reporting controls.
