Data Analyst, Research & Strategy

We are looking for a data analyst to join our team and help us leverage data to drive business decisions and insights. In this role, you’ll work with various data sources and tools to collect, analyze, and report on data related to our products, customers, and operations. You’ll also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and processing: use SQL, Python, Excel and other tools to extract, transform, and load data from different sources and systems
  • Data analysis and reporting: present results in PowerPoint and use Power BI to create dashboards and generate reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Innovation and exploration: explore new data sources, methods, and techniques to enhance our data capabilities and value
  • Communication and collaboration: work closely with other teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide data support, and share data findings and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field or other related education
  • Experience completing programming or data-related projects - independently or as part of a class
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis (skilled in SQL, Python, and Excel)
  • Able to synthesize information and data into a simple solution / path forward
  • You have experience working with claims data or other large data sets
  • You have an interest in ML/AI
  • You have oncology, digital health, or broader healthcare experience
