• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
• 2+ years of Data Analyst/Engineer experience.
• Strong SQL and programming/data querying skills.
• Understanding of relational databases and data quality.
• Experience building BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Experience with SDLC, testing, and production support.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
• Ability to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards for middle/back-office.
• Own audit trail reporting and daily 3rd-party reporting.
• Develop backend services supporting the full trade lifecycle.
• Ensure reliable data flow between front-office and middle/back-office.
• Improve system performance through testing, monitoring, and automation.
