The data analyst role is part of the analytics team, will report to the Head of Data Science. S/he will be responsible for performing deep‑dive analysis to understand and optimize key levers of our product’s marketing funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Additionally, s/he will be responsible for designing core metrics that serve as North Stars for team efforts and OKRs. A successful candidate in this role has the opportunity to contribute to creating a foundation of analytical excellence at the League and promoting a culture of data‑driven decision making. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a robust knowledge of SQL, and experience using programming languages such as python/R to automate their analyses and analytical work.
