We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (Power BI / Tableau) at Sophie Society!

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in data visualization and analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, advanced Excel capabilities, and a strong command of English. Experience working directly within Amazon Seller Central is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Perform advanced Excel-based analysis, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and automation techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions
• Clean, structure, and transform raw data into accurate, usable formats
• Present findings and reports to stakeholders in clear, professional English
• Ensure alignment with EU time zone schedules
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1–C2 level)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Comfortable collaborating with international remote teams
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central (data extraction, report downloads, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with key Amazon metrics such as TACoS, ACoS, Buy Box %, Sessions, and Conversions
• Experience analyzing Amazon advertising, inventory, or sales performance data
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation
  
  

Work Conditions

• Fully remote position
• Must be available to work during standard EU business hours
• Compensation: $400 – $600/month
