Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Data Analyst to support an Interoperability Product Team at a large non-profit payer/provider. This role will utilize SQL to identify what data to pull, how to pull it, and then provide the data to the developers in charge of the FHIR APIs that will expose the data externally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst at a health insurance company.
• Payer domain expertise in claims data – understands backend usage to inform data needs.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills – can explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Nice to Have: Interoperability/FHIR is a big plus!
• Exposure to agile/scrum (including tools like JIRA)

Responsibilities
