Qualifications

• 2+ years data analysis experience; healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills – able to explain data simply to non-analysts.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking patient outcomes and quality metrics.
• Analyze data to identify quality-improvement opportunities.
• Produce monthly impact reports for leadership and funders.
