What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with Data Operations, Customer Success, and Product Management to analyze healthcare reference and affiliation data
- Identify process improvements in onboarding data and product business rules
- Analyze and address data quality issues
- Onboard new data sources
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on new product releases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of Data Analysis experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in building internal and customer-facing analytics reports
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Healthcare Reference Data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sigma Analytics reporting or other BI tools
- Background working with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
