• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques, data collection systems, database maintenance, and report preparation.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results using statistical techniques to provide program reports.
• Develop and implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends and performance indicators to locate issues.
• Filter and clean computer or system reports and ensure legible printouts.
• Collaborate with program managers, evaluators and QA team to enhance performance.
• Become skilled in the organization's data systems.
