Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm, with additional hours as needed

FLSA Status: Exempt

Starting Rate: $55,000

Position Purpose

The Data Management System Analyst is a dual role with specialized functions that contribute significantly to the YWCA's Transitional/Rapid Re-Housing Program (TH-RRH). This program provides seven units of transitional housing and 22 units of RRH to homeless survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) in Hampden County.

The Analyst will oversee data management workflows for the TH-RRH project, ensuring data collection and reporting adhere to federal, state, local, and foundation requirements. They will manage data entry into AWARDS (by Footholds Technology), a certified HMIS-comparable database, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and supporting program goals.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Data Coordinator (60%)
  2. Manage and track data within the YWCA's system.
  3. Train staff on data entry procedures and ongoing system use.
  4. Monitor data integrity and generate reports for funders quarterly and annually.
  5. Create and maintain data manuals and tools to assess program equity.
  6. Collaborate with the Data Management Supervisor and Director of Homelessness Services.

Other Responsibilities (40%)

  1. Coordinate with Property Management for housing program data processes.
  2. Assist in system documentation and process development for various programs.
  3. Contribute to problem-solving efforts to improve data quality and usability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data/Business Analysis or related field.
  • Strong public speaking and training skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with high accuracy and organizational skills.
  • CPR & First Aid certification required or to be obtained.
