What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Star Ratings projections through data analysis and modeling scenarios
- Monitor CMS regulations and incorporate policy updates for accurate projections
- Utilize software tools and programming to manipulate and report on Star metrics data
- Identify business problems and devise procedures for effective solutions
- Lead projects to produce desired results and communicate findings effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field, with proven analytical experience
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL, SAS, and Python
- Experience with Tableau/Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Certification or progress toward certification in a relevant field
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly with Medicare Advantage or CMS Star Ratings
- Strong organizational and planning skills
