Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in data analytics or BI with 3+ years writing SQL on large datasets.
• 3+ years advanced SQL on Databricks/Spark SQL.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for stakeholders.
• Hands-on analysis of customer and transaction data to measure KPIs.
• Proficient in Python (pandas) for data analysis.
• Strong data quality and validation capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across product, engineering, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded analyst for Rewards and Fuel Loyalty product teams: define KPIs, launch measurement, report results.
• Build and maintain master analysis tables in Databricks (SQL/Python) tracking loyalty, deals, rewards, and fuel program performance.
• Create Power BI dashboards and recurring reports (member activity, promotion performance) with consistent metric definitions.
• Measure performance and incrementality of offers, promotions, and partner programs using A/B testing methods.
• Analyze app engagement event data (Mixpanel) with transaction data; identify data gaps and quality issues.
• Deliver ad hoc deep dives (customer segmentation, member activity, offer redemption) with clear findings for stakeholders.
• Maintain analytics initiatives backlog and document tables, methodologies, metric definitions for reusability.
