  • Act as the key interface between Data, Technology, and business teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, feedback sessions, and adoption tracking
  • Provide hands‑on BAU Data Operations support, including issue triage, stakeholder queries, benchmark onboarding (via JIRA) and vendor coordination
  • Participate in incident reviews, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative controls
  • Maintain adoption tracking artifacts (e.g., heatmaps, KPIs) and provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting to track data quality, operational performance, and adoption progress
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple teams in complex environments
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate data issues and identify root causes
