The candidate will leverage Power Platform, SQL, and scripting to automate processes and support enterprise systems, while collaborating with stakeholders on data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data analysis, research, compilation, and/or report writing experience.
• Graduate-level education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional resource for division business systems, reporting platforms, and enterprise data repositories.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, workflows, and business solutions.
• Utilize Power Platform, SQL, scripting, data integrations to automate processes.
• Apply AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini to streamline workflows and validate outputs.
• Lead or support technology, reporting, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Identify data gaps, errors, and inconsistencies across data sources.
• Develop and maintain data connections across multiple enterprise systems and ETL processes.
• Create and maintain system documentation and reporting structures.
• Coordinate with IT staff, vendors, and partners to resolve technical issues.
