Job summary

Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) seeks a Data Analyst to analyze documents, perform high-level scanning, and meticulously organize case files for federal projects. You will handle file classification, metadata entry, and collaborate with agencies to complete full case files.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOP-based physical files, data entry, and supporting investigators with information gathering.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Must have resided in the United States for at least three of the last five years or worked for the U.S. in a foreign country in a federal or military capacity for at least three of the last five years.
A valid driver's license is required.
Having your own POV is required.
Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Organize physical files within the SOP for document handling.
Establish or maintain physical files with correct document placement.
Disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Perform word processing tasks and data entry for electronic documents.
Reconcile inconsistencies and organize investigative packages or case files.
Obtain additional information from other investigative agencies or databases.
Verify information against the tracking system and maintain status information on files.
Distribute and receive documents; assist analysts or government officials in gathering documents.
