Lucid Motors is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join the Customer Experience team. You will turn customer and operational data into insights that enhance the Lucid journey from first contact to aftersales support.

This internship is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, is curious about customer behavior, and wants hands‑on experience in an international, fast-moving automotive environment. You’ll gain exposure to cross‑functional collaboration and real dashboards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in a field relevant to this internship (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, etc.).
• Eager to apply academic knowledge in a practical business setting and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and improvement of dashboards related to Customer Care, VoC, and Customer Journey performance.
• Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Assist in monitoring KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, response times, and resolution rates.
• Support analysis of ticket volumes, SLAs, and resolution trends.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for team reviews and leadership updates.
• Contribute to data clean-up and basic automation in reporting processes.
