Leveraging AI and machine learning tools to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the TEIS Business Unit.

Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using modern analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Python, or SQL), enabling stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators in real time.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and intelligent data solutions, translating complex analytical findings into clear, business-relevant recommendations.

Partner with global data engineering and business intelligence teams to co-develop AI-powered analytical models, gaining hands‑on experience with enterprise‑scale data infrastructure and cross-regional collaboration.

Explore and prototype emerging generative AI and automation use cases, contributing fresh perspectives to real business challenges while building your expertise in cutting‑edge technologies within a Fortune 500 environment.

Present data-driven findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, developing your ability to communicate complex technical insights in a compelling, business-focused narrative that drives meaningful organizational impact.

You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS or MA/MS Degree in Information Technology (IT), Electrical & Computer Engineering or Data Analytics from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.91 – 45.04/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Our internship program typically runs May thru August and gives students the opportunity to work on projects that contribute to the success of their team and build on their classroom experience. Throughout the 10–12‑week program, interns will be provided with:

Timeline

TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co‑op positions beginning in May. Once you have applied to a position, your resume and application will be reviewed. If you are selected to move to the next step in the application process, you will be contacted by a recruiter. Once you accept an offer, the onboarding process will begin in January for interns who have committed to offers in the fall semester and upon acceptance for interns who have committed to offers in the spring semester.
