Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Information Science, or a related quantitative field

Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, timestamps, and data transformation

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Experience validating data and ensuring data quality and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence environments

Experience with Power BI or Tableau

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation

Experience managing operational improvement or process optimization initiatives

Experience creating executive-level dashboards and performance reports
