The role emphasizes data governance, quality, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Successful candidates will work in Agile environments, handle large datasets, and createReports using PowerBI or Tableau while partnering with Data

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile development including requirements definition and testing.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical languages for large datasets.
• Experience designing data models, database design, data profiling, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data ingestion, and data wrangling.
• Ability to translate concepts for business and technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Quantify ambiguous business problems by analyzing processes, data, and systems and gathering data requirements from clients.
• Implement data governance by capturing data definitions, data stewards, and source-to-target mappings.
• Develop data collection systems, implement databases and analytics to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct data quality analysis and recommend QA improvements for data health.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to guide decisions across the business.
• Develop reports using modern data visualization tools to surface insights to end-users.
• Communicate with executives, data modelers, developers, business users, and customers to build solutions.
