Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Data Analyst 2 to advance analytics, reporting, and data integration across health, education, and human services projects. You will own analytics products and deliver reliable, actionable insights through BI reporting and self-service tools.

The role emphasizes Power BI development, data governance, and collaboration with managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, public policy, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, reporting, data integration, business intelligence, or system implementation roles.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, transformation logic, validation rules, and reporting definitions for assigned products and services.
• Leads defined data analysis, reporting, data integration, and ad hoc ETL activities across projects with limited supervision.
• Gathers, maps, cleanses, and integrates data from primary and secondary sources while ensuring the integrity and upkeep of databases and reporting systems.
• Analyzes complex quantitative and qualitative datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and actionable business insights.
• Designs, develops, publishes, and maintains Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product lines and business units.
