Job description

As a Data Analyst II, you'll transform complex datasets into strategic insights while streamlining operations through innovative automation. Working across all departments, from executive leadership to frontline teams, you'll enhance our data reporting ecosystem to drive smarter decisions. Reporting directly to the Data Analytics & AI Automation Leader, you'll create intuitive dashboards, empower stakeholders through targeted training, eliminate manual reporting burdens, and ensure our data strategies perfectly align with both customer needs and core business objectives. In addition, you'll place significant emphasis on process enhancement, developing creative automated solutions to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize operational workflows through the use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks
  • Assist in directing, administering, and implementing information technologies in support of company objectives
  • Identify opportunities across departments where AI can solve business challenges and demonstrate value through proof-of-concepts
  • Evaluate and integrate appropriate AI tools and platforms that align with business objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience in business analysis, data analysis, process automation or a related role (3-5 years required)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, MySQL, PostgresSQL, Spark SQL
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform
  • Understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts
  • Certification in data analysis or business analysis
Compensation

$70,000 - $80,000 Annually
