Job summary

2ndWave, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst I to provide professional data management and analytical support that improves data quality and timeliness for program operations and leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data, conducting statistical analyses, and developing dashboards using Government-approved tools for reporting. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, statistics, economics, business, CS, or related field.
• 1-3 years in data analysis or data management roles.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong attention to detail with data cleaning, validation, and documentation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Government background investigation; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize structured and semi-structured data from Government and industry sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and identify trends in datasets.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Government-approved software.
• Maintain databases, repositories, and data management systems.
