The Data Analyst I will audit and analyze low- to moderate-complexity data, ensure data integrity, and assist with modeling and reporting to inform outcomes and fidelity across multiple sites in Alabama.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher and some data analysis experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with school leaders, teachers, sponsors, and partners.
• Experience with data collection, data management, and reporting in research settings.
• Familiarity with secure data environments and federal data security requirements for educational research.

• Lead all research data collection activities at UA and in the field.
• Coordinate data collection and management.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure project effectiveness and student reading outcomes.
• Track intervention fidelity and implementation.
• Support IRB approval and adherence.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and dissemination activities.
