Job summary

AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst I to join the analytics team and translate business requirements into reporting and data solutions using our tools. You will design dashboards and perform QA testing, ensuring data quality and timely insights.

You will collaborate with source system teams, document requirements, and support business users in interpreting data patterns to drive informed decisions. Salary range $80,000–$100,000 with annual incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in a data-related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Knowledge of relational databases and star schema concepts.
• Exposure toBI and analytics tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics.
• Document requirements and convert them into specs.
• Configure and create reports, analytics, and dashboards with Pyramid Analytics.
• Coordinate and report on data and analytics work.
• Perform QA testing for reporting and analytics.
• Review requests and triage work items.
• Identify data issues and work with data specialists to root cause.
• Review and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights.
• Develop QA testing methodologies and execute them.
• Provide user support and training for dashboards and data marts.
