Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to generate insights and guide business decisions
  • Design and maintain data models, star schemas, and segmentations
  • Create clear, compelling reports and visualizations to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate across business teams and vendor partners to align data use with strategic goals
  • Translate technical language for stakeholders and communicate insights in a way that drives action
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Participate in ad-hoc and unscheduled video or audio meetings. Flexibility is key!
Top Skills & Experience Required
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or data-centric role
  • 3+ years of experience with data modeling, star schemas, mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Proficient in databases such as Oracle, SQL, and programming languages such as PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript
  • Strong statistical knowledge and experience using packages to analyze large datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (Oracle, SQL etc.) and programming (XML, JavaScript, PL/SQL)
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at PL/SQL queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or Information Management
