Data Analyst

Mission:

Data Analysts provide data reporting and analysis, visualization, and dashboarding that typically supports one primary functional area at IDEA. The Data Analyst ensures that analytics used to inform decision-makers is rigorous, timely, clear, and reproducible. Data Analyst s work cross-functionally: they are formally on the Research and Analytics (R&A) team, which is responsible for their technical and professional development, and are connected to a functional team that partners on prioritizing and supporting management of their day-to-day work including recurring analyses, ad-hoc requests, and longer research projects.

Location:

This is a full-time remote position based in Texas, with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.
