GXM Technologies seeks a Data Analyst in Washington, DC to support a Federal program focused on data-driven decision making. The role is on-site five days a week, with travel for client events as needed.

The ideal candidate will collect, validate, analyze, and report program data, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality while collaborating with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, validation, or BI.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
• Strong MS Office proficiency plus data governance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple government-approved systems.
• Maintain data dictionaries and metadata to support governance.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports.
• Support statutory and management reporting with timely data products.
• Identify data quality issues and perform validation and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with program staff to translate business needs into analytics.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data management practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of contract objectives.
