Job summary

Nexon America is seeking a Data Analyst to perform in-depth data mining and analyses, focusing on understanding players and enhancing user experience across our games. You’ll provide actionable insights from experiments and analyses to empower multiple departments.

The role operates in a hybrid office model, with work 2–3 days onsite per week, and opportunities to grow in Data Cloud, data science models, and AI storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Experience with data extraction and manipulation tools.
• Experience creating data visualizations.
• Online gaming experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data analyses to create business insights.
• Identify analytic metrics and build interactive visualizations.
• Analyze web and game usage data to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into analyses.
• Develop projects in Data Cloud technologies and AI storytelling.
• Other duties as assigned.
