Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of data analysis and reporting experience or related field

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis in support of analytic solutions
• Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested data elements
• Create and produce forecasts, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc requests
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights on operational impact and opportunities
• Develop management reports and communicate with stakeholders
• Identify and define data quality improvements
• Create and maintain report formats, dashboards, data generators, and canned reports
• Ensure data quality audits and reporting requirements are met
• May create report specifications based on business requests
