Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, reporting automation, and KPI development.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into clear action plans.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation through better tools and pipelines.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Work cross-functionally with program teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
• Support process improvement initiatives by using data to evaluate performance and impact.
• Support leadership with recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, and presentation-ready insights.
