Job summary

ICCU is seeking a Department Data Analyst to support Deposit and Branch Performance by collecting, processing, and analyzing data to inform decisions, managing product reporting, market share and rate data, and delivering BI to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science and up to 2 years of lending experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly reports for product managers, project managers, and business line owners.
  • Track and measure performance metrics and establish KPIs for product and project teams.
  • Create and interpret performance reports, metrics, and dashboards for product lines and teams.
  • Margin maximization analysis by optimizing spreads through risk tiers and pricing.
  • Product analysis for profitability and utilization tracking.
  • Analyze financial data and build financial models for decision support.
  • Conduct market research with product managers and analyze trends and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements with standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Provide trend analyses and recommendations for optimization.
  • Review marketing campaign effectiveness for penetration and profitability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science
