Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional in the United States to design and develop Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions. You will lead data cleaning workflows using Databricks, SQL, and Python to support operational and strategic decisions.

The role collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI/analytics use cases and contributes to business development and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Design and development of data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights using Tableau.
• Leading and reviewing data cleaning scripts using tools such as Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools used in operational and strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and improved data handling, and contribute to implementation efforts.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases, translating business needs into scalable data science solutions.
• Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
• Support business development (such as RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers), internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
• A Bachelor’s AND ONE (1) or more year of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineer, data visualization or data science OR or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics or a related STEM field

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to gather requirements and present to clients with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments (such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Impala).
• Experience performing analytics and data transformation using SQL, Python, and R.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
