Job summary

CoVest Sourcing Network in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Business Analyst to support our team on-site initially with daily in-person training, then a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the Cleveland office weekly. You will analyze data, prepare Excel-based insights, and present findings to stakeholders to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in data analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Qualifications

BA degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Analytics.
1+ years in business with data analytics experience.
Industry experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Supply Chain consulting preferred.
Experience with Excel and Power BI; familiarity with automation/AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review member or prospect data with CoVest contract pricing to determine savings potential on new opportunities.
Prepare Excel-based analyses for new opportunities.
Prepare and present analysis findings using PowerPoint, Adobe, Teams.
Cleanse large data sets to ensure data integrity.
Provide quarterly savings and compliance reports and ad-hoc Member reporting.
Audit contracts and manage pricing to comply with terms.
Assist Members with cost-savings opportunities via alternative programs, SKU rationalization, and supplier consolidation.
Support new program implementation activities.
