Job summary

Free Market Health in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Data Analyst to deliver high-value data and analytics solutions for internal and external partners. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write efficient queries and analyze data.
  • Experience with Tableau or a similar BI/data visualization platform.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support business and analytical needs.
  • Develop an understanding of the business, customers, and healthcare landscape to drive analytical value.
  • Apply analytical techniques to solve business problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze claims, authorization, and other healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Prepare analyses and presentations related to operational, clinical, and financial program performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that communicate key insights to business stakeholders.
  • Support data quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the analytics function.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to define requirements and support analytics use cases.
  • Manage multiple priorities while contributing to a variety of analytical projects.

The Role:

Free Market Health is seeking a Data Analyst to deliver high-value data and analytics solutions for both internal and external business partners. What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:
