Job summary

The Florida Board of Governors is seeking a Data Analyst within the Office of Data & Analytics (ODA). The Data Analyst will deliver end-to-end data products across the data ecosystem, supporting data requests, data quality, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SQL or Python, with experience in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional data analysis experience.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience creating dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Complete work across ODA’s data ecosystem.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business units to refine requirements.
• Document workflows and ensure reproducibility.
